Senior Off Campus Lunch Passes
NO student may leave campus during the school day without authorization. SENIORS may leave for lunch only if they have an authorized off campus pass.
In order to receive an off campus pass, parent/guardian must appear in person to sign the Off Campus Request Application in the Attendance Office. Only Seniors with a 2.0 grade point average on the previous report card are eligible for a senior off campus pass. Seniors not meeting eligibility may re-apply after the first ten week report card of the new semester. Seniors must maintain the 2.0 eligibility to retain their off campus pass. Grades will be checked every 10 weeks.
Should a Senior decide not to return after lunch, a parent/guardian needs to call the Attendance Office by 3 p.m. that same day. If the Attendance Office does not receive a call, the Senior will receive an unverfied/truant absence and receive discipline hours for improper checkout and missed class time.
Freshman, Sophomore and Junior Students may not leave campus during lunch.
Students leaving campus for any reason and not checking out through the Attendance Office will be considered unverfiied/truant for that particular class or lunch period, and are subject to discipline hours. A parent/guardian phone call will not clear an unverified/truant absence when a student has left campus with authorization.
