NEW INTER-DISTRICT PERMITS

2010-2011

If you have any questions about your home school/distrct, call Melissa Schoonmaker at (213) 745-1960 for LAUSD or call Claudia Spellman at (805) 497-9511 for Ventura County.

If you are applying for a NEW permit, please complete Student Profile Form

After review by the CHS and LVUSD, you will be notified within a few weeks if you are a qualified candidate for our school. 

Once approved by CHS, LVUSD and released from your home district, you will then be allowed to ENROLL your student for the 2010-2011 school year.  Our office will be closed from June 18th through August 11th.  If you don't make it in before June 17th, please be sure to come in ASAP to enroll.


You will need to provide us with the following documents when enrolling:

1.   Immunizations records;
2.   Original birth certificate or passport; and

3.   Official transcript of year end grades
