THE CHS PAEC

 

Our CHS PAEC holds 686 people in its Main Stage Theater and 100 in the Blax Box. The PAEC has a green room, dressing rooms, a full costume shop and scene shop. Be it fabrication in steel or aluminum or more traditional carpentry, our Scene Shop is equipped to fabricate, assemble and paint the flats, platforms, scenery wagons, props, and other scenic pieces required to make any production a success. 

The PAECs are environmentally friendly “green” buildings and have won numerous design awards, including a 2012 AIA / SFV Award for Design Excellence and a 2011 Los Angeles Business Council Architectural Award. 

Students learning at the PAEC experience professional shows and are mentored by seasoned industry veterans.
